Opinion: Fulani Militia Southward Invasion: Options For The Rest Of Nigeria

The incisive clarity of Chibuzor Chibuuzo Egbuchere ‘s piece on the Fulani militia Southward invasion as well as the conclusions drawn are most commendable.

Whilst adopting the entire argument of Egbuchere especially as relating to the boundaries of what the Constitution prescribes on countrywide free movement, I take special note of three aspects of his postulations which form the basis of the Lower Niger Congress’ comprehensive response mechanism, silhouetted in the map herein.

Those three aspects are:

(1) Where he noted that 12 States of the predominantly muslim far North had imposed Sharia and thus grievously dislocating Southerners and their businesses from those 12 States, in violation of the provisions the same Constitution they seek to rely on for unhindered countrywide movement.

(2) Where he noted that the Fulani marauders and their sponsors would in consequence of their dastardly campaign, have to fall crashingly to the concrete grounds of our history in which the basis of the Nigerian Union was declared dead by Gowon in 1966.

(3) His conclusion that if the Fulani cannot comport itself to the Laws of the Land (Constitutional, inclusive) and current global civilization, then let them get the hell out of Southern and Middle Belt territories.

Looking at the broken map herein, my little notes on these three aspects would include the fact that the 12 States that imposed Sharia simultaneously since year 2000 are contiguous. They constitute the Green Belt in the map herein and so have by their actions, embraced a civilization that is diametrically and irreconcilably opposed to that of the rest of Nigeria.

(The rest of Nigeria on that map consists of (a) the Middle Belt, coloured Purple
(b) Yorubaland coloured Blue, and
(c) The Lower Niger or Greater Biafra if you like (SS & SE), in Brown).

Next on my little notes is the matter of the basis of the Union of Nigeria which Gowon openly acknowledged to have collapsed since Mid-1966 and which has not been restored to date.

This reality of the collapsed basis of the Nigerian Union, is exacerbated by the fraudulent Constitution, 1999, by which the Nigerian Union is currently convened and run, imposed exclusively by Military Officers from the Caliphate North within a 1960 Battle Script cum Mission Statement in which Sir Ahmadu Bello, then Premier of Northern Nigeria and champion of the Fulani-led Caliphate declared that

“THE NEW NATION CALLED NIGERIA SHOULD BE THE ESTATE OF OUR GREAT- GRANDFATHER, UTHMAN DAN FODIO. WE MUST RUTHLESSLY PREVENT A CHANGE OF POWER WE USE THE MINORITIES OF THE NORTH AS WILLING TOOLS AND THE SOUTH AS A CONQUERED TERRITORY AND NEVER ALLOW THEM TO RULE OVER US, AND NEVER ALLOW THEM TO HAVE CONTROL OVER THEIR FUTURE” Parrot Newspaper of 12th October, 1960.

The false claim in the preamble to that 1999 Constitution that “WE THE PEOPLE” solemnly made and enacted it, renders the document a forgery and a fraud against the rest of Nigeria, particularly, the Lower Niger whose oil and gas assets is confiscated and its Peoples routinely massacred by elements from the Caliphate North shown in Green herein as the Sharia Territory.

To further compound the situation, the current bloodletting, preceded by the arrogant disposition of the born-to-rule hegemons from the Caliphate, as well as tons of self-evident injustices against the East since 1966, has completely extinguished the already badly depleted stock of goodwill necessary to hold the Nigerian Union together as one political Union (One-Nigeria, as they call it).

This brings me to the third point on my little notes, relating to the conclusion of Egbuchere that the Fulani must quit the territories they are now invading. This is where academic postulations must give way to strategic, comprehensive practical self-redemptive action, capable of engaging and halting permanently, the ferocious Southward advance of what Egbuchere referred to as “neo-jihadist” campaign.

Considering the following :
(i) the , inflammable emissions from the toxic mouths of the Caliphate spokesman, particularly the ACF and the so-called Northern Elders Forum:
(ii) the deafening silence from the Life Patron of the Cow Breeders Union, MACBAN, Muhammadu Buhari who also now happen to be the President and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the so-called “Federal Republic of Nigeria” which suggests a good measure of complicity:
(iii) the fact that Sharia is mutually exclusive with Democracy and Constitutionalism and the grim reality of the fact that the adherents of Sharia occupying the Green Belt on our broken map owe it a duty to their faith to kill the infidels, being the rest of Nigeria occupying the Purple, Blue and Brown on the map, it follows that unless anyone can devise a mechanism that will persuade or compel the Sharia adherents to abandon their Sharia cum Feudalism and embrace Constitutionalism and Democracy or another mechanism to persuade or compel the rest of Nigeria to abandon their faith, mostly Christian, Constitutionalism cum Democracy, and embrace Sharia and Feudalism. The prospects for either of these is simply nil.

This brings me to the dissolution of Nigeria Proposal of the Lower Niger Congress and its MNN Partners captured in the MNN LAGOS DECLARATION OF JUNE 30TH 2011 from which this map emanated, and which outlined, at a World Press Conference, the detailed reasoning for that Proposal which also put forward the formations in which the successor-states from the the rest of the defunct Nigeria would head off to their Independence, allowing the Sharia Territory to carry on, uninhibited with their preferred civilization. (the MNN LAGOS DECLARATION OF JUNE 30TH 30TH 2011 can accessed on the website http://www.lnc-usa.org NOTICE BOARD. There is also the February 2016 YouTube video titled LOWER NIGER NIGER NIGER CONGRESS ON THE BIAFRA QUESTION illuminating this proposal. The lesson of the dismembered Yugoslavia is that if this dissolution alternative which is already in process is not quickly embraced and executed by the endangered rest of Nigeria, they will, like the Bosnians of that era in Yugoslavia pay in blood for their folly.

The Lower Niger Congress is completely convinced that in responding to the Fulani bloody Southward invasion and aggression, the first order of business in the matrix of strategies by the rest of Nigeria, is to, as a matter of urgent self-preservation imperative, categorically repudiate the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria which authorize and legitimize the physical presence of the marauding Fulani militiamen, masquerading as “herdsmen”.

If this critically important step is delayed, the anticipated escalation of the Fulani Jihadists Southward invasion and campaign will continue to be disguised as mere skirmishes between herdsmen and farmers by the so-called Federal Government headed by a Muhammadu Buhari who is an interested party, being himself, a Fulani man, a cow breeder, an avowed Sharia sympathizer as well as a key participant in xenophobic Igbo Pogroms of 1966 which seems to be re-enacting itself under his watch (if not supervision) as President and Commander-in-Chief.

The Lower Niger Congress and its MNN Partners, already developed a framework of response raises the Battlecry for Self-Preservation to the rest of Nigeria, to wake up to this clear and present danger.
