The purpose of his private meeting with Rivers State Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara was disclosed by British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Mr. Richard Montgomery. The purpose of the discussion, according to Mr. Montgomery, was to look into opportunities for more foreign investments that will strengthen the state’s entrepreneurial capabilities and promote economic prosperity. It took place on Wednesday at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
