Responding on behalf of NINAS to lamentations about the reign of impunity all over Nigeria, corruption and the brazen Feudalization of Nigeria, Tony Nnadi wrote as follows:
The Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999), imposed by the Caliphate owners of Unitary Nigeria through its Military Wing via decrees between 1967 and 1979/1999, IS the Chief-Instrument by which Feudalism is being institutionalized in Nigeria. The Political Merchants who partake of the stupendous personal gains that accrue to them under the regime of impunity institutionalized by the immunity provisions of that Constitution are merely the enforcers of the Feudalist Unitary Constitutional Order.
The most urgent task before those who reject the Feudalist Nigeria (Unitary Nigeria), is to set aside every other distraction,(particularly further National Elections under the 1999 Constitution), and effect the practical rejection, overthrow and wholesale dismantling of that Death-Dispensing Constitution, by vehemently rejecting, inside 2024, any plans for further National Elections in 2027 under the 1999 Constitution.
This will precipitate an Immediate Transitioning for Union Reconstruction as prescribed by the NINAS 5-Point Proposition for the Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria.
After 7 rounds of National Elections under the atrocious 1999 Constitution, we cannot be rejecting the Feudalization of Nigeria and its many derivatives (including corruption, impunity and violence) on the one hand, AND on the other hand, be marching to further rounds of National Elections in 2027 under the Unitary Constitution that propel corruption and impunity whilst also institutionalizing Feudalism.
That would be tantamount to self-sabotage of suicidal proportions.
