Unfortunately, as brilliant and inspiring as this โ€˜sermonโ€™ may sound, it is proceeding from absolute MISDIAGNOSIS and so, ends in Disastrous PRESCRIPTION. The result will simply be more deaths, more pain, more dislocation, more poverty and the Catastrophic collapse of that Nigeria, triggering even more calamitous consequences.

Yes, there are mass killings; there is endemic corruption; there is infrastructural decay; there is arrogant impunity. There is mass poverty. There is so much desperation and helplessness. There is an exodus of professionals and young people fleeing in all directions away from Nigeria. There is an absolute lack patriotism or any form of attachment to Nigeria and so it seems that the prevailing sentiment amongst young People is : โ€œAnything but Nigeriaโ€ as they troop out in all directions, risking their lives in the dangerous Sahara Desert and the merciless Mediterranean Sea, fleeing Nigeria.

The questions then arise: What are these Nigerians all fleeing from this desperately? What can be done to overcome and reverse that situation?

The first step in seeking answers would be to Make a Cause-Effect Analysis of the situation being lamented. We ask ourselves the simple questions: โ€œWhy are these terrible things happening in Nigeria and to Nigerians? Why have the People been so unable to change the situation?

The answers we get from these preliminary questions will lead us to the next set of questions of what we need to do to arrest the situation that has lasted decades and still getting worse.

The Misdiagnosis I mentioned at the start has to do with true cause of the situation we see.

The hard truth is that the Federation of Nigeria we think we want to rebuild now, died 1966/1967.

The Nigeria we see now is the Unitary Nigeria that was imposed via Brigandage, bloodshed and Decrees by the Fulani-led Caliphate which seized the carcass of the Defunct Nigerian Federation since the 1966/1967 demise of that Federation.

The Killings, Corruption, Impunity, Horrible Leadership, Mass Poverty, System Failure and General Hopelessness we now behold, flow directly from the warped Unitary Constitutional Arrangements imposed by that Fulani-Led Caliphate since May 1967, codified by Decree in 1979 and carried forward in 1999 under the tag : โ€œ1999 Constitutionโ€.

The attempt in January 1967 to resuscitate the dying Federation of Nigeria via the Aburi Meetings ended in a 30-Month War of Genocide waged by the rogue โ€˜Federal Government of Nigeriaโ€™ against its Eastern Region that had in a desperate self-preservation bid, declared itself the โ€˜Republic of Biafraโ€™ (1967-1970).

When the dust settled in 1970, over 3.5 Million Easterners laid dead including 2 million Children who were deliberately starved to death by Nigeria.

In that period between 1966 and 1999, this marauding Caliphate, masquerading as โ€œthe Federal Government of Nigeriaโ€, had completely hijacked and Confiscated the Sovereignties and Assets of the Federating Regions of Nigeria, fracturing the Regions into impotent States, (now 36 in number) and imposing centralized control of the Union by an asphyxiating 68-Item Federal Exclusive Legislative List in the so-called โ€œ1999 Constitution of Nigeriaโ€, resulting in the Several Regional Agitations across Nigeria for Restoration of Autonomy and for Outright Exit from what has become for the Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria, a Unitary Union of Death.

That was how we came about the Niger-Delta Resource-Control Agitation; the โ€œBiafra Actualization & Restorationโ€ Agitation and the โ€œYoruba Nationโ€ Agitation. Now, the Government of Benue State has launched its own Armed National Guard in defiance of the Rogue 1999 Constitution of Nigeria) as the Union degenerate.

The only comparison to what we are caught in under the 1999 Constitution is the Apartheid Constitutional Order of South Africa, operating as a Union of Master and Servant. In other words, Under the 1999 Constitution, Nigerians are SLAVES with no rights at all, constitutional or otherwise, including the right to life, property or basic freedoms.

What we have now is a thoroughly Disputed Union and so the National Anthem of Nigeria rings a like funeral song in the ears of a vast majority of those we describe as โ€œNigeriansโ€.

WHAT TO DO?

Proceeding as Doctors would do from Diagnosis to Prescription and then to Treatment, we can now ask ourselves whether it is the Change of PERSONNEL (ie New President, Governors or Senators) OR the of Change SYSTEM (ie Constitutional Structures) that we require to remediate our sinking situation.

The answer is most certainly and unequivocally: a Change of System.

Then we proceed to the Consequential Question of whether it is one more round of ELECTION in 2023 under the atrocious 1999 Constitution that will deliver this Change of System to us OR the initiation of an Immediate TRANSITIONING Process in place of 2023 Elections, to undertake the Inevitable Reconstruction of the Damaged Constitutional Basis of Nigeria within the Paradigm of the Self-Determination Imperative for Nigeriaโ€™s currently trapped Federating Peoples, just like South Africa did between 1990 and 1994 to ease itself out of the bind and quagmire of Apartheid.

The December 16, 2020 NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation offers Nigeria and Nigerians, a comprehensive ready-for-use Template for Resolving the Union Dispute that threatens to Take Down the Failed Lugardian Experiment of 1914.

It will be a Tragedy of Monumental Proportions it we continue in the Gross Misdiagnosis that has led us to the totally Wrong Prescription of PVC and Election.

The cost of this Misdiagnosis will most unfortunately, be in Human Carnage, far worse than the 1966-1970 episode which emanated from similar Constitutional Disputes that dated back to May 29, 1962 when the Constitution of Western Region was Unconstitutionally suspended by the then โ€œFederal Governmentโ€.

On this subject, we may wish to review on YouTube, a NINAS Broadcast titled: โ€œWhere are the Elders in this Land?โ€ (here is the link
