(1) – As Nigeria continues in its Free-Fall on all fronts and as Nigerians groan under Severe Economic and Security Nightmares, more Voices are rising in support of the NINAS Constitution Reset Propositions as the Redemption Pathway for the Distressed Nigerian Federation and Economy. The latest on the long List of New Converts is Nigeria’s Former Finance Minister and current Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, who at the NBA 2024 Annual Conference, declared that she is now convinced that Nigeria needs a New Social Contract to Reset Its Survival Stability and Growth Paradigm. In this Prescription for an urgent Fundamental Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria, Dr Okonjo-Iweala joins Prof Kingsley Moghalu (a Former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria and Ex-Presidential Candidate); Dr Oby Ezekwesili (a Former Minister and Ex-Vice President at the World Bank) and Senator Seriake Dickson (immediate-past Governor of Bayelsa State)

(2) – NINAS Considers it Tragic that while these accomplished Nigerian and Globally Acclaimed Economic Experts who have also been at the helm of Managing Nigeria’s Economy agree that the Remediation Pathway for Nigeria’s Economic Woes, Failures and Multidimensional Dysfunctions is a Fundamental Reconstruction of Nigeria’s Damaged Constitutional Foundation, Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu, Declared to the Emeka Anyaoku-Led Patriots Delegation which had gone to the Presidential Villa in Abuja, to Canvass an urgent Fundamental Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria, that he (Tinubu), would first Fix the Economy before attending to the Question of Constitution.

(3) – It is even more tragic that Nigerians who desperately await Reprieve from Harrowing Economic Pain, particularly Hunger, are practically being told by their President that he has other Priorities than addressing and extinguishing the Source of their Miseries which is the Constitution Question.
