The hearing of the ousted Governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha at the Supreme Court has been adjourned to March 2, 2020.

Ihedioha approached the Court with an application asking it to reverse itself on the judgement ousting him from office as governor.
Lawyer to Ihedioha, Mr Kanu Agabi, at the hearing today filed an application stating that he needs a little more time to file some processes before the Court.
The application was not opposed by lawyers to Governor Hope Uzodinma and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Hearing was adjourned to March 2, 2020 by the 7-man panel of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Nigeria Tanko Mohammed, after listening to all the parties.
