Responding on behalf of NINAS Secretariat to an Enquiry about why NINAS rejected Chief Emeka Anyaoku’s Constituent-Assembly cum Constitution-Drafting Proposal to Tinubu as a first-step towards the Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria, Tony Nnadi wrote as follows:

“The Question to ask is: for which Country is Chief Emeka Anyaoku and the ‘Patriots’ prescribing a Draft Constitution when the trapped Constituent Components of the Defunct Federation of Nigeria, cooperating under the aegis of the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination, (NINAS) are vehemently and vociferously repudiating and rejecting the hijack of their Sovereignty, wrought by the Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria?

Going by the three egregious Falsehoods contained in the Preamble to the 1999 Constitution, there are three big issues that Nigeria MUST now resolve, AND in the sequence of their occurrence.

(1) The first is the question of who the “WE THE PEOPLES OF NIGERIA” referred to in that preamble are, since there was no meeting whatsoever, of the Constituent Peoples of Nigeria as claimed in that Preamble (i.e. The Ethnic Constituent Components of Nigeria whose lands and peoples are federated into Nigeria as one Political entity were never identified or recognised as the owners of the Lands and Sovereignty being Federated such that they would be the ones to discuss and agree to be in one Political Union).

(2) The second issue is the false claim in that Preamble that we “FIRMLY AND SOLEMNLY RESOLVED TO LIVE IN UNITY AS ONE INDIVISIBLE AND INDISSOLUBLE SOVEREIGN NATION” (meaning that the Constituent Peoples of Nigeria met, discussed and agreed to be in one political Union in perpetuity).

(3) The third false claim is that “WE THEREFORE MAKE, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES, THE FOLLOWING CONSTITUTION” (meaning that pursuant to our agreement to be in one political Union, we Codified, Ratified and Adopted that Agreement and therefore Terms of being in One Political Union in the form of the Document we describe as “the 1999 Constitution”).

These three falsehoods MUST now be resolved in the sequence in which they occurred and that is what NINAS has worked for 25 years since 1999, to COMPEL Nigeria to do, failing which Nigeria goes into immediate Dissolution.

In the face of these three egregious falsehoods which have brought Nigeria and Nigerians to the sorry pass they are in now, AND in the face of the long-running Campaign of NINAS which clearly dissected these issues to the Nigerian Public and the Global Audience across the last 25 years, Chief Emeka Anyaoku and his so-called “Patriots” cannot jump over the first two issues of who “WE THE PEOPLE” are and the second issue of whether or not We have “FIRMLY AND SOLEMNLY RESOLVED TO LIVE IN UNITY”, to prescribe the commencement of the Constitutional Reconstruction Process with the Convening of a Constituent Assembly to Draft a Constitution for Nigeria. This was precisely what Murtala Mohammed did in 1975 to initiate the imposition of the 1979 Constitution now carried forward as “1999 Constitution” – dispensing death and pain to all and sundry, and holding down the Blackman globally.

WHO ARE “THE PATRIOTS”?
Incidentally and tragically, the founding Chairman of the Patriots was Chief Rotimi Williams, who was commissioned for a humongous fee in 1975 by Murtala Mohammed to initiate the Constitutional Fraud we now live in. The next Chairman of the so-called “Patriots” was Prof Ben Nwabueze who joined Rotimi Williams in the task of carry out the Constitution-Drafting Contract of Murtala Mohammed and the Caliphate, for a hefty fee and other rewards that included the Chairmanship of Union Bank for that University Lecturer, then a Law Teacher at the University of Lagos. The third Chairman of the “Patriots” is the Eminent Emeka Anyaoku who had been at the service of the British and their nefarious “Commonwealth” all his life.

This must be a sober moment for Unitary Nigeria and all its Proprietors Promoters as well as its victims no matter what their affiliations may be. Blood is flowing all over the Nigeria. The Lives, Destiny and Livelihoods of Millions of People are at stake and so all sentiments must be set aside.

WE EITHER DISCUSS NIGERIA FORTHWITH OR WE DISSOLVE THE UNION OF DEATH IT HAS BECOME FOR THE PEOPLES OF NIGERIA.
