In a bold move that shakes the foundations of Nigeria’s political landscape, the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS) has issued directives for the first quarter of 2024. In an unambiguous statement issued by its Secretariat and circulated online by Co-Convener Tony Nnadi, NINAS insists that the choice between rejecting or retaining Nigeria’s unitary constitution is a decisive step towards either freedom or continued bondage.

Caliphate-Imposed Constitution: A Breeding Ground for Chaos

NINAS argues that the 1999 unitary constitution imposed by the Caliphate is not merely a legal document; it’s a breeding ground for mandate-grabbing, land-grabbing, mass-murder, treasury-looting, and various other vices that continue to plague Nigeria. The organization asserts that truncating this constitution is the key to extinguishing the known sources of these miseries.

NINAS’s Onslaught: A Path to Comprehensive Transformation

NINAS presents itself as the vanguard against the 1999 constitution, offering a potent and immediate framework for safely overturning, decommissioning, and dismantling it. The organization outlines an orderly transitioning process that accommodates existing governance structures, keeping anarchy at bay.

Rejecting National Elections: A Bold Move towards Constitutional Transformation

The organization calls on victims of unitary Nigeria’s mass murder, mass expropriation, mass impoverishment, and mass dislocation to loudly reject further national elections under the constitution. This, NINAS claims, will create a constitutional logjam, immediately precipitating the transitioning for union reconfiguration.

Missed Opportunities and a Call to Action

NINAS reflects on the missed opportunity to extricate from “deadly bondage” during the three years leading to the 2023 general elections. The organization questions the choices made by individuals prioritizing political power over the well-being of their lives, lands, and the future of unborn generations.

Embracing the NINAS Redemption Propositions

With the dust settling around the aftermath of the 2023 elections, NINAS urges Nigerians to embrace and operationalize the NINAS Redemption Propositions. A call to reject any suggestions for further national elections in 2027 under the 1999 constitution becomes the rallying point for a transitioning that addresses the disastrous outcomes of the 2023 elections and other pressing issues.

Altar Call for a United Stand

NINAS reveals plans for an Altar Call in the first quarter of 2024, inviting those who agree that the unitary constitution is the root cause of Nigeria’s dysfunctions to join the task of decommissioning it. A call for mass dissemination of NINAS project materials precedes this, urging Nigerians to make informed choices as the nation stands at a crucial crossroads.

Join the Movement: A Call to Action

As NINAS prepares for its Altar Call, it calls on everyone seeking an end to the nightmare of unitary Nigeria to join in the immediate task of massively disseminating NINAS project materials. The organization emphasizes that informed choices will pave the way for a united stand against the fraud of the 1999 constitution.

In the face of these directives, Nigeria stands at a pivotal moment, where citizens are urged to make a choice that will determine the future of the nation – a choice between continued bondage or the pursuit of freedom through rejecting the unitary constitution.

The full statement reads as follows:

REJECTING OR RETAINING THE UNITARY CONSTITUTION OF NIGERIA IS A CHOICE TO BE FREE OR TO REMAIN IN BONDAGE. – NINAS Secretariat, January 10, 2024.

(1) – The Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999) Enables, Facilitates and Comprehensively Protects Mandate-Grabbing, Land-Grabbing, Mass-Murder, Treasury-Looting and all the other monstrous vices strutting majestically over Nigeria.

(2) – The Truncation of the 1999 Constitution immediately EXTINGUISHES the known source these known miseries.

(3) – NINAS’s Onslaught against the 1999 Constitution offers ALL victims of Unitary Nigeria the most Potent and Most Immediate Comprehensive Framework for Safely Overturning, Decommissioning and Dismantling that Constitution, with an Orderly Transitioning Process that accommodates existing Governance Structures and therefore Keeps Anarchy and Anarchy at bay.

(4) – The only Task to which NINAS has invited the victims of Unitary Nigeria’s Mass Murder, Mass Expropriation, Mass Impoverishment and Mass Dislocation into, is to LOUDLY Reject Further National Elections under that Death-Dispensing Constitution, as a Demonstration of their Collective Rejection of the Master-Slave Union imposed by that Constitution. That Action will create a Constitutional Logjam that will immediately precipitate the TRANSITIONING for Union Reconfiguration..

(5) – This is the Task we refused to perform in the three years between the December 2020 NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Activation and the 2023 General Elections; we instead, plunged heedlessly into the 2023 General Elections under the 1999 Constitution but now turn round to lament the killings and looting that has resumed on a more ferocious scale as NINAS had warned throughout the three years leading to the 2023 Elections .

(6) – What was our reason for refusing to extricate ourselves from Deadly Bondage when we had an opportunity to? Was it because a few Renegades from our Parts could become President, Governor or Senator? Has their emergence in those offices arrested the rampage of the monsters overrunning Nigeria which are all enabled by that Constitution?

(7) – Could it not be said that those who chose miserable morsels and crumbs that flow from political power over their very Lives, Lands and the Future of their Unborn Generations, truly deserve to be Enslaved, Impoverished or even wiped off the Ancestral Lands they presently occupy?

(8) – As the dust continues to settle around the wreckage of the 2023 Electoral Voyage and as unprecedented pains and dislocations continue from the outcome of that Election, we have a fresh opportunity NOW to embrace and operationalize the NINAS Redemption Propositions, by LOUDLY Rejecting from early 2024, suggestions for any further National Elections in 2027 under the 1999 Constitution as a Demonstration of our Rejection of that Constitution as Basis of Union. This will usher Nigeria very quickly into the Transitioning that will arrest the disastrous outcome of the 2023 Elections, the Free Fall of the Economy and t the Naira; the brazen State-Capture currently unfolding before us as well as the Ferocious Advance of Fulani Conquest Onslaught currently sweeping through the Middle Belt with palpable skirmishes across the rest of Nigeria.

(9) – As indicated in the December 16, 2023 Special Milestone Report, NINAS will in the First Quarter of 2024 Roll Out an Altar Call by which it will receive into its fold, all of those who now agree that the Unworkable Unitary Constitution of Nigeria is the Main Reason for the Multidimensional Dysfunctions and Failures of Nigeria, and who therefore are willing to join the Task of Decommissioning that Constitution for the Negotiation and Distillation of Fresh Constitutional Protocols dictated by the Self-Determination Imperative for the Constituent Components of the Distressed Federation of Nigeria.* (here is the link to the Special Milestone Report https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/ninas-special-milestone-report-the)

(10) – Ahead of the aforementioned Altar Call, NINAS requests everyone who seeks an end to the nightmare Unitary Nigeria has become for Nigerians and the Blackman, to join in the immediate Task of Massively Disseminating NINAS Project Materials, both Text and Audiovisuals, such that by the time the Altar Call that will separate those who Reject the Fraud of 1999 from the Enforcers of that Fraud is made, our People will make better informed choices.
