Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike has attributed Nigeria’s lingering socioeconomic and educational problems to Nigerians who elect people who cannot solve problems. He made the assertion at the Executive Chamber of Government House in Port Harcourt on Thursday when he signed the three most consequential legislations of his governorship which were passed into law recently by the State House of Assembly.
