President Muhammadu Buhari to hold emergency security meeting.

President Muhammadu Buhari will on Monday meet with security chiefs in the nation’s capital, Abuja, to further review and strengthen the countryโ€™s security network as tension mounts over nationwide terror scare.

This was communicated in a statement issued by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, in Abuja on Sunday, 30 October 2022.

According to him, President Buhari, โ€œwho was initially scheduled to commission the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) new Technology and Innovation Complex, will receive briefs from the security chiefs, and interject on areas that need more attention.

โ€œThe commissioning of the NASENI complex will hold on a later date.โ€
