Here is the link to a BBC Documentary titled: “Bandit Warlords Of Zamfara” spotlighting the rampaging terror in Zamfara which though based largely on factual reality, creates a misleading Narrative about what is truly unfurling in that part of Nigeria and indeed, throughout Nigeria.
Barr. Tony Nnadi of the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-determination NINAS says the first thing that jumps out in the above documentary is the deliberate labeling of plain terror and criminality as “banditry.”
According to him, “considering the goings-on in the wider Nigerian space and the open complicity of the Fulani-led Federal Government of Nigeria in the sweeping slaughter being orchestrated by Fulani ‘Herdsmen’ Boko Haram, ISWAP, any search for answers must take its bearings from the Fulani Conquest Agenda that dates back to the 1804 arrival of Uthman Dan Fodio and his Jihad in the Hausa Territories that were overrun.”
Barr. Nnadi said that search must go on to the role of Ahmadu Bello who became Premier of the Northern Region in the transition from British Colonial Rule in the 1950s and 1960s up to January 1966.
“That search must zoom in on the underpinnings of what Britain cobbled together in 1914 as “Nigeria”, especially the arrangements that put the Fulani in the political saddle of Nigeria on what seemed a permanent basis.
“That search should zoom into what has happened to the Union Agreement reached in Lancaster House London in the period leading to independence in 1960 in terms of how Nigeria arrived in its current Unitary Constitutional order (1999).
“That search should zoom in on the role of Muhammad Buhari, the Fulani President of Nigeria and Commander-in-Chief of Nigeria’s Armed Forces under whose watch the Campaigns of Uthman Dan Fodio and Ahmadu Bello seems to have assumed new dimensions and urgency, especially in what is self-evidently a Fulani Conquest Agenda that clearly features Ethnic Cleansing with undeniable Government Complexity.
“That search should probe why the Children of the Caliphate Rulers of Northern Nigeria go to Oxford, Harvard, and other Ivy League Universities to obtain an education while the Children of the Ruled Poor are not entitled to obtain even primary education but are banished to growing up as Almajiris who remain a standing Army for the Caliphate Politicians for Election Violence and other sinister uses.
“It is in probing all these that we begin to see the wider picture of what this Zamfara Documentary is reporting.
“No meaningful solution to this charred reality can be found until the truth is unearthed about the Fraud and Criminal Enterprise called ” Nigeria”.
“Those who wish to know what is being done in mediation could visit http://www.ninasvoice.org and Youtube Channel Ninas voice,” he further stated.
