Busola Dakolo, wife of Nigeria’s inspirational singer Timi Dakolo has urged the FCT High Court in Abuja to discountenance Preliminary Objection filed against her case by Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Founder and Senior Pastor, Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA).
The Senior Pastor and Founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, has said he has no business interfacing with Mrs Busola Dakolo in the law court over the allegation of rape leveled against him.
Federal High Court, Abuja has served Biodun Fatoyinbo, senior pastor at the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), a summon document to make an appearance within 14 days.
After the police intimidation saga that took place at Timi Dakolo’s Lagos residence on Saturday, July 20, the singer and his wife, Busola, held a Press Conference on Sunday, July 21.
