The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Mahmood Yakubu was on Wednesday ordered by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to appear before it unfailingly tomorrow, July 18, by 12 noon.

The grouse of the witnesses were that the election was poorly conducted in the Northern part of the country with massive cancellation and mutilation of election results in favour of the All Progressives Congress.
